    If you have been in the BPO for quite some time and have worked in a Travel Account for at least a year, this position will be fit for you. This is one step higher than your usual travel account as most customers are business executives and you will be assisting them with a wide range of travel services not just airline reservations. If you have been working in a travel agency for more than a year and have excellent comm skills in English and you want a full time stable job with more growth and work opportunity, this is best for you! Compensation: * * 20,000 to 25,000 pesos + COMMISSIONS for upselling* * Salary depends on the years of experience in the BPO Job Description: Handle customer concerns via phone call from business executives who need travel assistance Might need to assist customers on how they will use the online platform effectively for their travels which would include the summary of their expense trips, etc. Respond to queries regarding airline, hotel and travel service bookings, cancellations, etc Up sell bookings or travel perks to customers if needed Job Qualifications: At least High School Graduate with basic computer navigation skills College Graduates are welcome to apply (preferably under Hotel/Travel course) MUST HAVE at least 1 year experience in a Travel Position (preferably in a BPO in a travel account or if in non-bpo, must have good English speaking skills) Above Average to Excellent English Communication Skills especially in Verbal Skills Willing to work in a BPO company Willing to start ASAP Willing to work in Pasig, and Makati Flexible in terms of schedule and rest days (schedule is predominantly graveyard shift) Recruitment Process: * Preliminary Interview will be held in Pasig City, but actual operations will be in Ayala, Makati City.*
