    Job Description

    The position we are offering is a marketing assistant in the Marketing Department in the Philippines. The main responsibilities are as follows.1. Closely co-work with the Headquarters and communicate with the Marketing Department in Singapore.2. Ensures all clients and customers feedbacks, comments, or complaints are being met and attended on-time to the delight of the clients or customers especially in social medias like Facebook, instagram, Trip Advisory, HungryGoWhere, etc.3. Activates our company’s presence on Social Media Networks on a regular basis. And ensure all the company’s social media accounts are up to date. Daily reporting on social media updates and response rates and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Proven track record in People Management
    Develops aggressive marketing programs to support attainment of set targets per locale.
    Develops and manages online branding, communications and campaigns through the company website, email marketing, building the online community, attracting new customers, search engine optimization, and search marketing
    Determines and manages the marketing budget; delivers marketing w/in agreed budget.
    Plans and oversees for smooth running of the organization’s advertising, social media, search marketing and promotion activities including print, electronic and direct mail outlets to maximize sales opportunities.
    Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs.
    Recommends changes in basic structure and organization of marketing group to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it and provide the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities.
    Improves scheme and course of actions to continuously support the organization to maintain its competitive strength in the market.
    Manages and ensures that the departments’ expenditures are within agreed budget.
    Own Social Media. Develop, manage, and execute social media campaigns and daily posts
    Increase visibility on digital platforms such as blogs and news articles
    Participate in marketing plans to decide what is featured in online campaigns
    Create designs from scratch, generating high quality content that boosts our brand
    Organize impactful events and leverage partnerships to boost awareness and drive sales, while assessing costs and expected return
    Develop consistent messaging across all initiatives, particularly social media channels

    Exceptional eye for detail, flawless English, and great communication skills.
    An expert in advertising through Facebook and other social media platforms.
    Addiciton to social media and current culture, trends and new ideas.
    Experience in active social media activities or blogs.
    At least 5 or more years of working experience in the related field.
    Marketing experience in beauty industry is a PLUS.
    Marketing experience in F&B is a PLUS.
